Every advert gets scored for inclusivity and readability. The menu bar at the top left of the screen shows you the scores.
If you hover on them you’ll see more detail about your job advert:
If you’ve enabled AdGrader you can then debias your advert for any discriminatory terms that might be in there.
To do that, click on debias advert and you’ll see AdGrader view.
